  • For this particular event, America Home Key will be on hand to help calculate mortgage payments, discuss lending options, and answer other questions. SHINE, Sustainable Home Initiative in the New Economy, will also be available to answer questions. SHINE is a residential weatherization rebate program offering City of Atlanta homeowners the ability to receive up to $3,500 in rebates towards qualifying improvements. And Georgia Power will be there, too, to talk about its EarthCents program, which covers rebate programs, energy home improvements, and contractor resources.
